Objectives of the Program
- maximize returns to Local 002 members
- promote development and well-being of Local 002 members
- enhance or supplement Local 002 members existing Learning and Wellness Accounts
- provide educational funding to Local 002 members and/or dependents
- raise the level of union awareness among the members of Local 002

Program Funding and Management
The amount of funding, and hence the number and amount of awards, will be decided at each Annual General Meeting of Local 002 depending on the financial situation of the Local, and are therefore subject to change without notice.
The Learning and Personal Development Committee (“the Committee”), reporting to Local 002 Council, will administer the Program. The Program will be reviewed annually and adjustments made.
