Local 002 Workplace Survey
The AUPE Local 002 worksite survey is a step to making all worksites good places to work. It isn't easy to change a worksite on your own. It can be done more easily with the help of your union.
Feel free to fill in the survey whether or not you think your worksite is disfunctional or not. The ERC of Local 002 likes good news as well as bad.
The survey has two parts. The first part asks you to rank 20 statements about your worksite. The second part has 9 multiple choice questions. You can also leave your written comments at the end of part 2.
This survey is confidential and will be used for statistical purposes. Individual members' worksite problems will not be followed up from responses to this survey. Members should contact a Union Steward or AUPE Membership Services Officer for assistance concerning worksite problems.
To help us help you and our other members we ask you to answer these three questions before proceeding with the survey.
