Years of Service in the Union
Members are recognized in five year increments 
as follows:
- Upon the completion of five years - certificate of recognition
- Upon completion of ten years and every five years after - membership pin
- Upon completion of 30 and 40 years of membership - in addition to a pin, a plaque commemorating the event
Certificates and pins are awarded at Chapter annual general meetings. If you think you should have received a pin for a milestone year, and did not, contact your chapter chair. You can also fax the form below to your Union Membership Services Officer.
Member Recognition Pin/Certificate Request Form
Plaques (for thirty or forty years) are only produced upon the written request of the Local/Chapter six weeks prior to the annual meeting. They then contact staff of AUPE who order the plaque.
